He takes a keen interest in following trends across diverse industries, including food processing, supply chain and logistics, and technology.
He heads Orenda Foods, a company committed to promoting Tex-Mex food culture in India. Along with his colleagues, he continues to build the company into the most valued brand that offers Mexican condiments and snacks in India.
The company’s broader vision is to make international products accessible and affordable to consumers across India.
His success in leading the business, is rooted in his diverse experiences across industries such as telecommunications, growth consulting, IT systems, and training.
Vinod holds Masters degree in economics from Savitribai Phule University of Pune and acquired a Management degree from ISB&M, Pune.

Mrs. Mahalakshmi Sankaran, Director at Orenda Foods, is a graduate with extensive experience in general administration and people management. She plays a pivotal role in fostering an efficient, collaborative, and performance-driven work environment while ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day business operations.
With a strong focus on organizational excellence, she oversees administrative functions, human resource management, and employee engagement initiatives that support the company’s long-term growth. Her leadership, attention to detail, and people-centric approach contribute significantly to building a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational efficiency, enabling Orenda Foods to consistently deliver excellence across every aspect of its business.
